Refund policy

Subscription prices are shown at checkout for the exam and plan you select. You can cancel any time, and you can also ask for a refund on your first payment.

• Cancel anytime. Stop your subscription whenever you like, from the app (Progress screen, "Manage subscription") or by emailing alexander@alargecompany.com. Your access continues until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you're never charged again after that.
• Within 14 days of your first payment, email us with your Stripe receipt or account details and we'll refund that payment in full — no questions asked.
• Refunds are processed by Stripe back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.
• When we issue a subscription refund, we also cancel the subscription and deactivate access. A refunded one-off purchase is deactivated automatically.

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

Because you get immediate access at purchase, the 14-day statutory cooling-off right for digital content is waived for that first payment at checkout — this voluntary 14-day refund promise is what applies instead, and your other statutory rights are unaffected. Cancelling the subscription itself is separate from this waiver and is always available, at any time.

If you bought NIE Revision as a one-off payment before we moved to monthly pricing, that purchase remains a one-off — you were never enrolled in a subscription, there is nothing to cancel, and your access has no expiry. The 14-day refund window above applied from your original purchase date.
